Development of a full web customer portal allowing BtoC clients to track interventions and the progress of the construction of their individual homes.
Context :
Demeures Caladoises needed to revamp its customer portal to expand it across its 6 brands and add new features. The old customer portal was outdated, developed only for 2 brands in dotnet, and the company could not retrieve the source codes implemented by the agency under contract at that time because it went bankrupt.
Requirements :
A complete overhaul of the customer portal was necessary to :
- Provide BtoC clients access to tracking the construction progress of their homes with maximum administrative information,
- Recruitment of an in-house project manager, a CDO, and a developer to handle evolutionary, corrective, and regularization maintenance
- See the progress schedule of the work,
- Track the progress of the construction through photos,
- Access all user manuals related to their equipment: heating, washing machine, etc.
- Real-time monitoring of the energy consumption of their construction,
- Access contact information of artisans who participated in the construction of their homes.
Solutions:
- Development of the customer portal in an evolutionary and responsive web technology,
- A portal synchronized with their Electronic Document Management (EDM) system for all documents related to the project construction, and synchronized with their CRM tool to allow access for Demeures Caladoises clients,
- Data security and mutualization across the 26 sites of the Group to optimize exchanges between collaborators.

Results :
This digitalization has improved the customer experience and optimized the work of the sales department with the dematerialization of the commercial notice (data entry, electronic signature, initialing) and the automatic generation of contracts, thus reducing the time for converting a prospect into a client.
The project was developed in 4 months and provides access to over 400 clients of the Sicovar Group, of which Demeures Caladoises is a part.
